The Soup and Salads course covers salads containing a diverse range of fresh ingredients and herbs; imaginative dressings, garnishes using toasted seeds, as well as combining chargrilled meats and cheeses too (all of which are great ideas for lunch boxes). The soups promise to be nutritional and very tasty.
Requirements:
This course is suitable for cooking beginners as well as for advanced cooks. Students should understand English and should be able to read basic recipes.
