What people are saying about the Kitchen Management Course:
“Zipporah is doing marvellously and is very enthusiastic in applying her newly learned knowledge. It really has raised her self-esteem and confidence in both kitchen and home management responsibilities. She was excited and we were so proud that she was top of her class on the exam!” Laura Kaneshiro – Nov 2013 (Kitchen Management Course)
“I was well pleased with Nolega's Kitchen course results and she has been quite amazing whilst we have been away… and thanks so much for this wonderful service. It has certainly given Nolega confidence and she has actually made her first pumpkin soup on her own.....gave her the recipe and said get on with it!!!” Carol – September 2013 (Kitchen Management )
“Not only were your courses masterfully assembled and taught, acting as a superb launching pad for Christine, but Christine has bought in to a whole concept within the domain of the kitchen and a work ethic and philosophy for her approach to life generally. By keeping the infrastructure simple, you are able to maximize the quality of the teaching and keep the class numbers low. The kitchen management course is an absolute MUST - you can't hope to do well by pursuing one without the other (the other being 'basic cooking') I am extremely impressed. Please thank Emma very much from us and let her know that Christine has glided in to her new role confidently and naturally, with skill, pride and enthusiasm.” Fran – September 2012 (Kitchen Management Course and Basic Cooking)
“Jefwa is so confident now. It's brilliant. And every single one of his dishes is fantastically well cooked and tasty - and his full breakfasts perfectly timed. Well done. I can't recommend you enough.” Claire Simpson July 2012 (Kitchen Management and Basic Cooking)
“Annie thoroughly enjoyed the learning experience at Lakuku; In addition to the fundamental knowledge and skills she has gained, she is more confident and empowered in her role around the home.” Ruth Wanjiru Mugu - April 2012 (Kitchen Management Course)
